About Us

SODAX is an execution and liquidity system that enables DeFi actions across 20+ networks. This includes Solana, Sui, Stellar, Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Polygon. The system coordinates swaps, lending, and borrowing through a single layer powered by unified liquidity and intent-based execution.

Trusted at scale. Powering cross-network execution for Houdini Swap, Balanced, Hana Wallet, Bound, Pennysia, Lexur, and LightLink. SODAX coordinates routing and settlement while independent solvers aggregate liquidity and fill, which is what delivers competitive pricing and predictable settlement times.

The Solution

SODAX zeroes in on capital efficiency. Intent-based execution filled by independent solvers, drawing on SODAX liquidity, lets applications run swaps, lending, and stablecoin operations through a single SDK.

Coordinated Execution

SODAX coordinates routing and settlement; independent solvers aggregate liquidity from leading DEXs such as Uniswap, PancakeSwap, and Raydium and fill the intent. Routing is MEV-aware, with a dynamic protocol fee capped at 0.1% and predictable execution behaviour.

A Shared Liquidity Inventory

Execution liquidity is held as one DAO-owned inventory rather than isolated pools per network, and solvers can also reach local DEX and aggregator liquidity where an asset actually lives. Execution works from day one, with no pools to bootstrap.

Network-Agnostic Money Market

Single-asset lending with collateralized borrowing across all supported networks. Abstracted wallet logic means users can execute actions without manually switching networks or managing bridge interactions.

OUR
PRODUCTS

SODAX is built as a layered SDK stack. Builders can integrate at different levels depending on how much control or abstraction they want.

All layers reach the same coordinated execution and the same liquidity.

Core SDK

Foundation layer

The foundation of the SODAX stack, with coverage across 20+ supported networks. Five functional modules ship in one package: swaps (cross-network, intent-based), lend and borrow (the money market), bridge, staking, and migration, plus bnUSD minting access. Designed for teams building custom logic with maximum control.

dAppKit

Experience layer

For rapid launches. React hooks covering every module (swaps and limit orders, money market, bridge, staking, liquidity pools, migration), wrapped in React Query so caching, retries, and loading state come for free. You keep your own UI.

Wallet SDK

Connection layer

For app builders. Optional multi-network wallet connectivity with prebuilt connection logic and native wallet flows for EVM and non-EVM networks. Use standalone or pair with the Core SDK.

Let your coding agent do the integration

Every package ships AI-readable docs through @sodax/skills. Point your agent at it and it can wire up swaps, lending, or staking against the real API surface instead of guessing. The public Builders MCP server does the same for on-chain data.

WHY SODAX

vs. Building Yourself

Avoid months of cross-network infrastructure work. SODAX handles execution coordination, liquidity access, and recovery-aware flows so teams don't have to build them from scratch.

vs. Messaging Layers

SODAX complements messaging infrastructure. While messaging layers move data or assets between networks, SODAX coordinates execution and liquidity on top to help applications deliver usable outcomes.

vs. Traditional Bridges

Bridges move assets. SODAX coordinates outcomes. Traditional bridges stop at transfer, leaving execution, liquidity, and recovery to the application.

Who We Are

Built by the ICON Foundation. A nonprofit organization based in Switzerland and regulated by Swiss authorities, ICON has worked on cross-network technology since 2017. In 2025, ICON shifted focus from operating an independent blockchain to directly addressing DeFi execution challenges through coordinated execution, a DAO-owned liquidity inventory, and network-agnostic UX.

The result is SODAX, an intent-based execution stack for swaps and money markets, backed by that inventory plus the local DEX and aggregator liquidity the system can reach on each network.

SODA

SODA Tokenomics

SODA is a governance token with yield from staking and protocol fees.

SDK partners configure fees in any token, with no SODA required for integration.
